Hibiscus Children’s Center Hosts Culinary Adventure at “Island Hop” Wine & Dine!

More than 150 guests embarked on an unforgettable culinary journey at Hibiscus Children’s Center’s Wine & Dine celebration on February 12th at Grand Harbor Club, raising critical support for youth in need. This year’s “Island Hop” theme transported guests across the globe through a progressive tasting experience, featuring island-inspired cuisine from appetizer to dessert, each course thoughtfully paired with exceptional wines. The evening blended vibrant flavors, friendship and a shared purpose of providing safety, healing, and hope for children served by Hibiscus Children’s Center.
Guests savored an array of flavors during our “Island Hop,” featuring Rigatoni alla Norma from Sicily; Sliced Leg of Lamb from Mykonos; a Chilled Seafood Display from Fiji; Cracker-Crusted Scrod from Cape Cod; and a decadent Flan, Churros & Dulce de Leche Dessert Station inspired by Ibiza.
