Experience the musical kaleidoscope and cultural journey of America’s longest-running folk ensemble, The Tamburitzans! In just 2 hours of song and dance, 25 talented artists will escort you across the globe to places like Croatia, Bulgaria, Serbia, Armenia, Slovakia..and this year, a beautiful Mexican suite! All performers are full-time college students at Pittsburgh PA-based colleges or universities who receive scholarship support for their ensemble participation. “Tradition and modernity, education and entertainment, these are all ingredients mixed to perfection to craft a phenomenal show” says The Tamburitzans’ Artistic Director George “Butch” Kresovich, whose entertainment performance and production career at Disney taught him what it takes to captivate an audience.
