Annual Vero Beach Rowing Erg-A-Thon
VERO BEACH, FL โ Vero Beach Rowing is growing! The number of young athletes participating in our youth programs continues to grow and they’re achieving incredible successes regionally and nationally!ย
ย
On November 16, VBR invites the community to its annual Erg-A-Thon where teams of youth and adult rowers will all collectively relay row 42,195 meters – the equivalent of a 26.2-mile marathon – on erg machines. Hosted by VBRโs high school athletes, this annual event raises money to support VBRโs annual scholarship program, introductory summer camps, Wellness on the Water initiatives and necessary equipment updates.
ย
This yearโs fundraising goal is $50,000. To donate to this worthwhile effort, visitย verobeachrowing.networkforgood.com/projects/232256.
